- He should be able to Penetrates new markets for generation of new business leads.
- Identify potential markets through market intelligence initiatives to generate more business opportunities for the company.
- Understanding of Pricing Strategy with the understanding competition
- Monitoring competitors’ strategy & product portfolio
- Strategizing and Implementing Marketing communication for CAC products.
- Receiving and reviewing customer sales inquiries to establish clarity on their requirements.
- Keep complete Model Line up to fit in to different needs of the customers.
- Able to convey customer requirements to CAC Projects department through sales orders.
- Follow up with order service department for status of the sales proposals to meet the target date set for delivery of products.
- Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
- Monitoring After sales service
- Able to travel throughout sales territory to introduce the company and the business to new customers or potential clients as and when needed.
- Respond to functional and technical queries of Central Air conditioners from the customers.
- Discuss with the customers the details of sales proposals and negotiate with them to ensure higher chance of closing the deal.
- Making sure that the customer is aware of his performance v/s his forecasts.
- To follow up on customers for payment and shipping instruction.
