Awal Gulf Manufactuting has three independant manufacturing facility to manufacture the wide range of Room Air conditioners,Mini Split systems,Chest Freezers,Visi coolers,Roof top water coolers,Air handling units and Central Airconditioning units.

Apart from the Main Assembly line the manufcaturing set up is fully equipped with the following feeder shops:

• Press shop for manufcaturing Sheet metal parts
• Paint shop for complete powder coating for sheet metal parts
• Coil shop for manufacturing Evaporator and condensor coils
• Tubing shop for fabrication of tubing and brazing process

The state of the art manufacturing facility is equipped with modern machineries to manufacture top quality products with high skilled labour force.

The manufacturing set up includes Production planning control,Industrial Engineering,Tool room,Machine Maintenance etc.,The complete manufacturing supply chain activitiy is managed by LN-infor,a powerful and comprehensive ERP tool and achieves effective manufacturing planning systems with a strong focus on enhancement of productivity,Lean manufacturing and timely delivery of  Products as per the customer needs.
