Title: Production Assistant Manager

Location: Sitra – Kingdom of Bahrain

 

Job Description:

Job requirements:

1. Must have worked in similar large scale Industry in Manufacturing of Commercial Aircon (CAC) Overseeing Production Processes developing and implementing Production Schedule.
2. Manufacturing and assembly knowledge of products like Ducted, Packaged, AHU, Condensing units and Chillers.
3. Must have worked on and utilised latest Manufacturing techniques leading to productivity & Quality Improvements.
4. Hands on working knowledge of capacity & resource planning for the CAC production line and presenting to top management.
5. Knowledge of Quality & Safety management systems 9001, 14001 and 45001. Ability to implement and ensure sustenance
6. Meeting daily, monthly & annual production targets as finalized by the management.
7. Good communication and leadership to lead a large workforce.
8. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software

 

Qualification:

Education:BE / BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: BE/ BS- 10~15 years in HVAC Industry  (preference would be given to those with GCC experience)
