Admin Assistant – Receptionist

Title: Admin Assistant – Receptionist

Department: Administration

Location: Sitra – Kingdom of Bahrain

 

Job Description:

  • Answering and forwarding phone calls, keeping reception clean and tidy.
  • Apply and renew for Commercial Advertisement and branding (Advertisements On Vehicles)
  • Arranging boarding and lodging for new joiners and visitors with hotels
  • Booking meetings
  • Checking of delivery notes, invoices after issuing and receiving of gadgets
  • Collecting post, Invoices & Handing over of cheque’s to suppliers
  • Coordinating with drivers for transport related activities
  • Daily Admin routine activities
  • Daily updating attendance report in HRMS for department
  • Electricity bills monthly payment process and maintaining of summary
  • Filling of all the above paper work related activities
  • Updating Fleet Management System (FMS)
  • Making monthly report for all garage expenses of Vehicles serviced
  • Making PR for General Admin activities & Serviced Vehicles
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Petty cash update in the system
  • Receiving / Giving of Mobile/ Sim
  • Receiving and distributing courier packages at reception.
  • Screening phone calls
  • Signing of petrol slips
  • To liaise with admin regarding vehicle details.

 

Qualification: 

Education:  Diploma & above

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Skills: 

  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Excellent in English & Arabic
  3. Good skills in using Microsoft Office applications.
