Secretary – GM Domestic, Projects & Service

Status: Full time contract

 

Job Description:

  • Scheduling of external (customer) & internal (departmental) Meetings for GM and providing the meeting
    schedule in print to the GM at the beginning of each day.
  • Scheduling of candidate interviews for all Sales, Projects and Service.
  • Maintaining reminders and following up with department employees on tasks allotted by the GM.
  • Receiving customer / supplier / contractor phone calls, recording messages and passing it on to the
    concerned employee.
  • Receiving customer complaints and following up with concerned till resolution.
  • Maintaining inventory of product catalogues, stationary, customer giveaways.
  • Maintaining updated Leave schedule of office Staff on weekly basis for GM’s perusal, on his pin up board.
  • GM’s Attendance updation on HRMS.
  • Drafting of lnter-Office Memos, Official Letters, etc.
  • Filing of confidential documents for Sales, Projects and Service Departments.
  • Filing of Warning Letters issued to Sales, projects and Service Employees.

 

Education: Bachelor degree in business.

Experience: 3 to 5 years.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent in English
  • Good skills in using Microsoft Office applications.
